The Assistant Facilities Manager, Operations supports the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Stratford Festival’s buildings, theatres, and properties. This role coordinates maintenance programs, manages trades and vendor relationships, and supports operational and construction projects. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager collaborates with internal teams and external contractors to ensure building systems and infrastructure operate effectively, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The position also provides leadership to facilities staff, participates in emergency on-call support, and contributes to continuous improvement of facilities operations and safety practices.
