Volunteer Resources Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Volunteer Resources Coordinator is responsible for organizing, directing, implementing, and evaluating the volunteer program at the Gallery. The incumbent will conduct general intake information sessions for prospective volunteers; work closely with staff and coordinate Gallery divisional needs for volunteers by recruiting, interviewing and selecting volunteers; lead volunteer training including set-up, facilitate issues, concerns, etc., raised by staff and/or volunteers; oversee the day-to-day administration of the volunteer office; coordinate volunteer recognition programs; create promotional material to recruit new volunteers; and generate reports and provide statistical analysis of volunteer activity within the Gallery. The incumbent will also perform related work as required.
