Working within a co-leadership model and reporting to the Executive Board, the Director of Member Services and Communications (the Director) will lead the UBCP/ACTRA’s Member Services Department and Communications Department. The Director will oversee initiatives that celebrate the accomplishments of the UBCP/ACTRA members, through promotion, communications, and engagement.
