Neptune Theatre is searching for a Director of Education and Outreach. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the Neptune Theatre School and Neptune Touring Company (TourCo), ensuring Neptune’s values of safety, collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence are at the forefront of their work.

In addition this role oversees our accessible outreach programming leading Neptune to strive to better support our community. Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Director of Education and Outreach has one full time staff member, 2-3 casual part time staff members, a number of contract employees to teach, support programming, TourCo, and theatre school productions.
