We’re looking for an Operations Director to be part of our co-leadership team, helping guide the Klondike Institute of Art & Culture into its next chapter. This role is ideal for someone who would like to support a vibrant arts community in Dawson City by managing financial systems, HR, fund development, and fostering long-term organizational sustainability.
Start Date: April 1, 2026 (or at the successful candidate’s earliest availability)
Duration: 2 year term contract with possibility to extend
