Project Assistant - ARC one

Glitch Theatre (formerly Realwheels)
Sessions are in-person at the Roundhouse, some remote administrative work.
Glitch Theatre (previously Realwheels Theatre) is currently seeking applications for the position of ARC Project Assistant in spring 2026.
The ideal candidate will:
- have lived experience of D/disability
- be an emerging theatre artist
- have interest in developing skills related to leadership and/or project management
- have basic administration skills (email, Google Workspace)
The duties for this position are as follows:
- Assist with room setup and hybrid setup (as necessary)
- Coordinate communications between facilitation team and project participants
- Coordinate scheduling and attend all group sessions and one on one sessions
- Liaise between the Accessibility Coordinator and the company staff around access needs for participants.
Key dates and hourly breakdown:
- January 10 – February 28 — 8 weekly group sessions on Saturdays (24 hours total)
- March – April — One-on-one sessions with participants (40 hours total)
- TBD end of April — Group sharing session (3 hours total)
- May 19 – 23 — Tech and Live Performance (17 hours total)
- Administrative Tasks (16 hours total)
Compensation:
This is a contract position for 100 hours total at a rate of $25/hr. The contract starts January 5, 2026 and ends May 23, 2026.
