The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for the overall management of Theatre Terrific, ensuring strong governance, operational and organizational effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, and working closely with the Artistic Director, this role will build and sustain the systems, structures, and partnerships that support the Theatre’s mandate, vision and mission. The GM will ensure Theatre Terrific’s sustainability by overseeing finances, fundraising, communications, and daily operations, and will serve as both strategist and operator, anchoring the company’s management while helping it grow its audience and presence as one of Canada’s leading disability mandated theatre company.
