Shakespeare by the Sea (SBTS) rehearsal begins June 20th, 2022, opening July 15th, 2022, and closing September 4th, 2022.
Shakespeare by the Sea performs outdoors in Point Pleasant Park, located in K'jipuktuk (Halifax, NS). SBTS productions run in repertory, with actors appearing in multiple productions.

Submission Notes:

• Please include which roles you wish to be considered for in your submission.
• Former SBTS company members are encouraged to submit for roles they feel best suited for.
• All roles are open to any gender.
• Submissions must include photo and resume in a single PDF. Actors are invited to remove their measurements from their resumes.
• Those auditioning will be asked to prepare one speech from Shakespeare and one song.
• Please include the city in which you wish to audition as part of the email subject line.

We are casting the following nine roles in HAMLET. Actors cast will also appear in the musical CINDERELLY, and the ability to play instruments is an asset. Please indicate any/all instruments you play in your submission.
