This year for the first time, the Celine Bureau studio and writing residencies will happen simultaneously under a shared theme! This theme is intentionally open to allow different projects to be submitted. The Studio Residency is open to all artists willing to develop a visual art project and consists of 4 group critiques and an exhibition. The Writing Residency is open to all visual and performance artists desiring to develop a text-based work, and consists of 4 creation workshops and the publication of the final text in the Cahiers Méthode of Cigale.
The residency dates are May 25th to August 30th, 2025, and each resident will receive $1 200.
