Dance Victoria, located in Victoria, British Columbia, is a pre-eminent Dance Presenter in Western Canada and is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director with outstanding credentials and experience as a performing arts curator, a fundraiser, and an administrator with a love of the arts and a passion for dance.

Reporting to and collaborating with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have accountabilities for all Dance Victoria’s artistic programs and fundraising, plus strategic and general oversight of programming, administration, and marketing. The Executive Director will work to achieve annual strategic, fundraising, and operational objectives. Leading a dedicated and creative staff, the Executive Director will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong interpretive vision to successfully create and execute strategic initiatives for artistic, financial, and organizational growth, as the organization looks towards the return of live performances.
