The City of White Rock is seeking proposals from interested BC artists and/or artist teams for a mural and vinyl window wrap on the Oxford Comfort Station near Bayview Park, at the corner of Oxford Street and Marine Drive at White Rock Beach. The art commissioned will illustrate the theme of the ocean and the community’s connection to the water.

The art will add vibrancy to the area, bringing art into the daily lives of residents and welcoming visitors to White Rock.

This space is unique in that it includes a front and side wall (including doors), a tower at the front and at the back a ramp which lends opportunity to design the front portion of the ramp. It also includes an opportunity to extend the mural design across the window, utilizing a vinyl wrap.
