The Development Director will be a key senior leadership position in the CJBS team. Working closely alongside the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the organization’s private sector fundraising efforts and developing an overarching, multi-year strategy. The Development Director will work closely with the ED, board, and senior leadership to support the overall mission of the organization through the development of successful fundraising systems. They will also be a key thought leader in the organization who will vitally contribute to strategic planning and be passionate about innovative approaches to fundraising and questioning established practices.
