As artists, how do we broach the topic of being paid before starting a contract, rather than chasing what you’re owed after the gig?? How can we negotiate our fee without being seen as “greedy”, or worse, losing the opportunity entirely? A BIPOC-only space to ask questions, share tips and strategies about how to best negotiate fees, fairly compensate the artists we choose to hire and collaborate with, and source reputable information about industry standard fees in the various artistic fields.
