Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for cultivating relationships with patrons and coordinating Festival special events and groups. Reporting to the Director of Operations and supervised by the Operations Manager and Patron and Volunteer Supervisor, this position is a key operations team member and will be involved in all areas of front of house, special events, retail, and volunteer coordinating. You will direct volunteers and will oversee the on-site operations of special events and marquee events during the Festival. And you’ll be part of a welcoming and collaborative staff team that is deeply committed to upholding and practicing Bard’s Company Commitments.
