The Stanley Head Stage Carp is a permanent full-time position and a key member of our production install, running crew, and strike teams. The Stanley Head Stage Carp ensures the safe and smooth operation of all scenic installs and strikes. They are in charge of all moving elements of the production be it flying or automated scenery. They have excellent communication skills and are experienced in leading install and running crews.The Stanley Head Stage Carp takes ownership of the venue and leads the way in identifying needs for maintenance of the venue and/or equipment. This is a unionized position under the Arts Club Theatre Company/I.A.T.S.E. 118 Collective agreement.
