DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Monitor and assist with all aspects of pre-production.
• Supervision of fit-ups, strikes and ensuring the safe transport of the production.
• Preparing, operating and mixing sound and video during productions, when required (live and pre-recorded).
• Assist designers with their respective design needs while on the road.
• Documenting and tracking all show-related configurations (looks of scenes) in cooperation with designers.
• Oversees the inventory and is responsible for organizing equipment and ordering of supplies as necessary.
• Preparing inventory reports.
• Assist with occupational safety and health of workers.
