YPT is currently searching for a candidate to fill the full-time position of Senior Director of Finance. Playing a critical role in the four-person leadership team, alongside the Senior Director of Administration, the Senior Director of Finance reports to the Executive and Artistic Directors. This position is responsible for the overall financial operations of YPT and liaises constantly with all Heads of departments including Production & Planning, Marketing & Communications, Development, Artistic, Education & Participation, and Operations.
