Reporting to the Co-Directors, the Access Director will support the development and implementation of a culture of practice that centres radical accessibility at all levels of the organization. They will work with staff, partners and community to identify and meet access needs for the organization’s key activities, and work as an advocate promoting sectoral change in the arts.
