We’re seeking to onboard one or more additional individuals in the role of Pathways Guide. The position works directly with program participants navigating deep and sometimes challenging conversations about equity, access, and reconciliation, as well as organizational change within the context of the sector, their region and community, and internal realities. This role is ideal for individuals who are both empathetic and pragmatic, who have experience in coaching, facilitation, and/or organizational leadership, working with the themes of the Pathways program.
