Young People’s Theatre (YPT) is currently searching for a candidate to fill the full-time position of Director of Finance. Playing a critical role in the leadership of the organization, this position is responsible for the overall financial operations of YPT and liaises constantly with all department heads including Production & Planning, Marketing & Communications, Development, Artistic, Education & Participation, and Operations.

Supported by two staff, the ideal candidate is collaborative, adept at handling a complex and large portfolio, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a hands-on approach. Administrative staff currently follow a hybrid model of on-site and remote work.
