The Artistic Director (AD) is responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing GTNT’s artistic vision and theatre season programming. As an organizational leader, the Artistic Director works to grow and strengthen the company’s artistic impact and presence in the community including relationship building within and outside of the arts.
