Current Co-Artistic Producer Christina de la Cruz will be taking a parental leave from the beginning of December 2026 for one-year until the end of November 2027.

The position of 2026/27 Interim Artistic Producer will fit into the Co-Artistic Producer structure by providing mostly operational support while being responsible for smaller creative projects. Co-Artistic Producer Cara Spooner will provide artist-facing and major project-facing support. There will be an overlap period of 2-4 weeks (decided by the candidate and Christina) in which both Christina and the Interim Artistic Producer will work together for training purposes and to confirm the tasks and responsibilities for the year to come.

“Full-time” is considered 4 days a week or the equivalent of 32 hours a week (flexible work schedule)
8 paid vacation & 8 paid sick days
*Some evenings and weekends may be required based on programming needs.

We have a physical office share (3 days a week, available to both staff) and all other administration hours are remote.
*the candidate must be based in Toronto for hosting in-person events and facilitating marley rentals.
