The Assistant Volunteer Coordinator will support the Patron and Volunteer Supervisor in providing an accessible and inclusive volunteer program at Bard on the Beach. They will assist with all aspects of the program including recruiting, training, coordinating and supporting a diverse group of over 300 dedicated volunteers. They will help to provide individualized support for volunteers and facilitate initiatives that promote a respectful culture. This position is funding dependent, and applicants must be under 30, a post-secondary student and meet any additional eligibility requirements.
